ALCOHOL USAGE FORM
SUBJECT:	Use of Alcoholic Beverages in School Facilities
POLICY:	Alcoholic beverages may be used in Medical School facilities only when served as part of a scheduled event, faculty are present, and there is careful control to avoid serving minors or other violation of law or institutional regulations.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:	1. Specific approval for the use of alcoholic beverages must be obtained from the Dean or Dean's designee at the time an event is scheduled.
	2. A faculty member must be identified who will be responsible for adherence to Vanderbilt University Policies concerning the use of alcoholic beverages at University sponsored functions.
