POLICIES and PROCEEDURES

CHECKOUT
Equipment must be signed for and an 1180 present prior to any equipment leaving the Media Center
Cancellations must be received one (1) working day prior to reservation. Cancellations received after this time will be billed at 1/2 full reservation rate."No-Shows" will be billed in full.
Instruction on operation of equipment will be provided at no charge - in the Media Center.
One (1) extra lamp for Slide projectors and Overhead projectors will be provided with each projector - Failure to return "burned-out" lamp will result in additional charge for lamp.
The user is responsible for any loss or damages from the time the equipment leaves the Media Center, until it is returned to the Media Center.

 

DELIVERY - NOT AVALABLE TO ALL LOCATIONS
Equipment must be signed for and an 1180 present, either prior to, or at time of delivery, or equipment will returned to Media Center.
Delivery must take place within + or - 5 minutes of scheduled time on reservation form or equipment will be return to Media Center - additional deliveries will result in additional delivery charges.
Delivery charges will be waived if Media Center fails to deliver equipment within 2 minutes of time on reservation form.
Delivery is restricted to RLH, VUH, MCN, MRB, MRB-II, TVC
Delivery charges are "round-trip", One way deliveries are charged at regular rate.
Delivery charges for RLH and MRB = $5.00, All other delivery areas = $10.00
